I aim to present you with original, creative and memorable photos. For me photography is more than just a hobby, it is a way of life, and through it I hope to capture not just images, but moments that would otherwise be forgot. I would rather capture a fall or a sneeze than a stiff, posed photograph. I specialize in natural light photography, and as a result of this your session will be scheduled appropriately.
About the name: I have been asked more questions about the name: "Anne Pendleton Photography" than I can count, so I thought an explanation was necessary. I wanted a name that I could always use. I contemplated using my first and last name, but with the chance that my last name might change sometime in the future, I figured, why not use my middle name. So, for anyone who does not know, Anne Pendleton is my first and middle name. I have gone by "Annie" since I was born, but have always loved the history behind my given name, and out of that Anne Pendleton Photography was born.
In addition to photography, I recently graduated from The University of Kansas with a Bachelors degree in Communication studies with a concentration in Art History and a minor in Business. While at The University of Kansas, I was active in my sorority and many philanthropic associations. I am also a member of the American Child Photographers Charity Guild.
