Ryland - 6 month Preview (Kansas City, MO)

You might remember sweet Ryland from his 4 month pictures found in this post.

Here is Ryland at 4 months in the summer...



...and here is Ryland now, a little older than 6 months...



Same cute little boy, just a whole lot more active!  He was moving all over the place.  We would sit him down, and before I was able to lift my camera to my face he was crawling away...and quickly!  He was so happy, and even though his mobility made the session a little more challenging, it was so fun to see him moving around exploring everything.  I can't wait to see him at his next session at 9 months!  Enjoy your preview :)

So, how cute is this picture?  Look at that hand on his hip, head looking over his shoulder into the distance...pretty impressive!







Ryland's Halloween costume had just arrived earlier in the day, so of course we tried to get a few shots in his adorable puppy costume.  Ryland wasn't too sure about this...


I just barely caught the end of a Lion King/Simba moment while changing Ryland into his costume. :)


Not too sure about the whole costume thing.






This picture appears very sweet, but doesn't even begin to show what it took to get to this point.  Let's just say that the dogs were really excited to have a new person in the house, and getting this picture took some extreme patience from Ryland's mom and dad.  In the end, it worked out, but as you can see by the position of Ryland's hands, he was getting ready to crawl out of the picture as it was being taken. :)
